4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

All content available on the Ilvesnak platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, software, and interactive elements, is the exclusive property of Ilvesnak or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Ilvesnak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to download, copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content unless expressly permitted in writing.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including discussion contributions or feedback, you grant Ilvesnak a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
6. Payments and Enrollment
6.1 Fees
Certain seminars and features on the platform require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Ilvesnak to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.
6.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is subject to the specific refund policy applicable to each seminar or service at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once access to content has been granted. Please review the applicable refund terms before completing your enrollment.
6.3 Pricing Changes
Ilvesnak reserves the right to modify pricing for any seminar or service at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the change.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Ilvesnak does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Warranty
The Ilvesnak platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8.2 Educational Content
Content provided on the platform is intended for educational purposes only. Ilvesnak does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or the suitability of any content for a particular purpose. Participants are responsible for applying knowledge at their own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
